Creampuff had to arrive in Oregon with nothing but the clothes on her back… (OK, it’s a collar. We haven’t put clothes on her yet…) The Rescue Transport is *amazing* but does not have room for stuff.
But she’s so cute, I keep buying her things. If you adopt her, she’s got some stuff she can take with her…. (the rescue has her vaccination records and whatnot, so you’d get those from them. 🙂 )
- She’s taller than I expected (she is not that big, but has long legs), so I bought her a bigger crate. It’s the fourth crate in the house, so it can go with her if you’d like. It folds down.
- We got her a harness, and today we started using it for her walks (instead of just the collar.)
- We’ll send some food (and tell you which expensive dog food NOT to buy, since it’s the only thing she refused to eat.) I think she’d adapt to new food just fine, but we’ll send you some so you can transition.
- A few toys she likes.
- A lick pad, which she adores. Even though she knows being crated means I’m going to leave her (which she hates) she will fly into her crate for a lick pad with some peanut butter smeared onto it.
